PBIOS New Waitlist Application
Submission of this form does not guarantee booth space or participation in the 2027 show.
All companies on the waitlist will be contacted in early Spring 2027 with a formal application only if space becomes available.
Due to high demand, not all waitlisted companies will receive invitations. The show typically reaches full capacity by May for the October event.

Exhibitor Eligibility Disclaimer
To be eligible to exhibit at PBIOS, your company must play a direct role in the oil and gas value chain - upstream, midstream, or downstream - supporting exploration and development (construction, drilling, production, or completions) and/or the gathering, transportation, storage, processing, refining, distribution, or marketing of hydrocarbons and related products (including pipelines, trucking/transport logistics, terminals, and other delivery infrastructure).
To preserve the technical and professional focus of the show, the following types of businesses do not qualify for exhibition space. This list includes, but is not limited to::
- Hotels, Lodging, and Man Camps
- Real Estate
- Banking and Financial Institutions
- Insurance Providers
- Beverage and Hydration Services
- Home Water Filtration Systems
- Corporate Gifts
- Marketing Agencies
- Truck Upfitters
- Food and Beverage Trucks
- Hunting and Fishing Leases
Companies falling within these categories, or whose offerings are not directly related to oil and gas operations, will not be considered for exhibition.
